Field Engineer
Under the direction of the Supervisory Engineer is responsible for meeting with customers, developers, contractors, and other agencies; designing new and upgraded services and developing material lists and cost estimates, planning related to reliability, capacity, new technologies, and oversight of the vegetation management contract. Essential Job Functions: Design, stake, estimate, and coordinate construction of overhead and underground electric distribution systems in accordance with National Electric Safety Code (NESC), TCL&P standards and sound engineering practices. This includes development of construction prints, construction details, identifying labor, material, and equipment requirements for the projects, as well as Customer and TCL&P
