JOB TITLE: Director of Engineering (Railroad) REPORTS TO: Vice President and Chief Operating Officer SALARY: $120,000+ (salary is commensurate with experience and/or education); individual contract w/benefits and perks HOURS: Full-time EXEMPT ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee and ensure all fixed property and operating systems in the Communications & Signal and Track & Structures are maintained satisfactorily in accordance with 49CFR and the MW-1. Develop, implement, maintain, and monitor a maintenance database that will allow the Maintenance of Way (MOW) Department to capture and evaluate cost, productivity, and reliabil
