Position Overview:Under general supervision, manages the operations of the Solid Waste Department (SWD) landfills and transfer station; maintains operations records and coordinates equipment maintenance.Essential Functions: Manages all SWD landfill and transfer station operations; manages equipment and facilities maintenance and repairs; manages budgets, revenues, and expenditures of the landfill and transfer station enterprise fund; assures operations are in compliance with state and federal regulations and City policies and procedures.
