Job Summary    Performs in a professional civil engineering position that is challenging and varied in nature, within general guidelines, providing traffic engineering and transportation planning services to the City of Bryan. Essential Job Functions Meets with department/division supervisors, police/fire departments, developers, consultants, vendors, and other government officials to discuss traffic and transportation issues and possible solutions. Applies engineering principles to roadway design and traffic control matters; Prepares administrative, technical, and statistical reports on traffic operational matters such as accidents, pedestrian volume and practices, safety measures, and related traffic and transportat
