Associate Dean of Genomic Medicine   The UAB Department of Genetics and the Dean of the UAB Heersink School of Medicine seek a visionary leader to direct a program in Genomic Medicine. The successful candidate will be an MD or MD/PhD and able to lead and sustain grant-supported clinical and/or laboratory research programs in genomic medicine.   For clinicians, up to 20% effort seeing patients in genomic medicine-related clinics can be supported, in which case board certification in clinical genetics by the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics is required.
