Responsibilities include monitoring construction while documenting and verifying conformance with contract documents and applicable standards; receiving, resolving and responding to field concerns within water/wastewater systems; preparing and processing pay applications and change orders; receiving, reviewing and processing submittals and RFIs; monitoring contractor-provided documents (quality control, materials testing, etc.); preparing field directives; assisting with constructability reviews.
