We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Quality Assurance Manager to manage and improve our long-established quality assurance system per the four credentials listed above. We’ll be impressed with all you have done and what you can do, someone who can walk the talk.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain quality system records
• Handle periodic customer surveys and system audits
• Coordinate internal review and maintenance
• Improve organization, accessibility and utility of quality documents and system
• Initiate internal corrective actions as required
• Measure progress and continually improve

Qualifications:

• Must have experience with ISO 9001:2015 quality systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience defending a good, sound quality system in customer and 3rd-party audits.
• Ability to identify deficiencies, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Ability to implement software to improve management of our quality system.
• Experience with ISO 17025, 13485 and measurement uncertainty extremely helpful.
• Experience working in a small business as the sole person in the Quality Department wearing multiple hats.
• College degree and/or quality certifications preferred.
• Dimensional metrology experience is a big PLUS.
• Must be an energetic, motivated, and determined individual with initiative.
• Must be a "US Citizen" or "US Person" (Green Card holder).
