TriMet in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Program Manager, Rail Operations Planning to join our Operations division. The Program Manager, Rail Operations Planning position will manage the development of short-and long-range operating and facility plans for TriMet's transportation passenger bus and rail systems. Ensure plans are consistently applied in TriMet rail project planning, design, construction, and operating programs. Identify when design criteria changes are needed. They will manage the use of operating simulation models used to evaluate the performance of proposed transportation projects, system improvements, or major service changes. Oversee the calculation of operating requirements for system or service expansion, such as fleet size, vehicle hour
