We are currently seeking a CAD Operator / Designer to be a part of the EPS Group team in our Land Development department. Candidates should have strong leadership, design, communication, organization, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Our projects are diverse and multi-faceted including: residential community, mixed-use retail, medical / healthcare, education/campus master planning, hospitality/resort, entertainment, parks, and commercial working collaboratively with other firm disciplines and consultants.

RESPONSIBILITIES                 

• Establishes basic design criteria
• Performs necessary engineering calculations for design with a minimum of supervision
• May serve as lead to others in CAD/Design and in preparing the technical portion of project design documents

TYPICAL DUTIES

• Produce civil engineering plans and reports
• Assemble submittal packages and client deliverables
• Ensure CAD design team performance
• Assist in developing project design/production objectives

Recommend changes in design consistent with project objectives
