Paradigm is an Architecture and Engineering firm with offices in Michigan and Arizona. We are a nationally recognized firm that has established ourselves as a full-service, go-to firm in a wide variety of residential, commercial and municipal markets. In this role, you will work with the team of engineers, architects, technicians and sub-consultants on projects from the conceptual design through the necessary approvals and permitting required to deliver a successful project. Projects will range from the entertainment industry, industrial warehousing and processing, charter schools, and residential and retail sectors.

What you’ll get to do:

• Independently manage multiple minor and medium scope projects
• Partner with senior staff on large scope projects
• Define project needs, set budgets and schedules, manage projects for profit
• Analyze reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests, and aerial photographs on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and other topographical and geologic data to plan and design projects
• Lead the Design Engineer & Engineer Technician staff
• Have a variety of work including projects in industries such as entertainment, industrial warehousing and processing, charter schools, and residential and retail sectors.
