Targeted Hiring Range: $38.71 to $46.45 per hour DOQ
Performs difficult skilled technical work conducting complex and large-scale engineering studies and projects, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the general direction of the assigned Director or Manager ("supervisor").
Position will assist the City's Economic Development office in planning and designing roads and utilities, assist with developing master plans of the industrial and commercial areas, manage, design, and inspect road and infrastructure construction projects, assist with site development and permitting of new industrial sites, and provide exhibit maps for potential development or sales of city-owned property.

Washington State Professional Engineer's License.
Valid driver's license.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, and four (4) years experience in civil engineering design, planning, project administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
