The Department of Aerospace Physics and Space Sciences at Florida Institute of Technology invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Aerospace Engineering with an expected start date of August 2019. We are interested in candidates who are committed to teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate level while conducting a leading research program in aerospace engineering. Candidates are required to hold a Ph.D. in aerospace engineering or a closely related field. Candidates working on propulsion, including air-breathing engines, rockets, and aerodynamics are especially encouraged to apply.
