Training and experience issuing permits, and inspecting a projects compliance with plans and specifications
Experience accurately and effectively creating, maintaining, and reviewing construction records and reports
Good analytical and problem solving skills
The ability to work independently and prioritize daily activities
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work cooperatively with applicants, industry, staff, and other agencies
